在高純材料尤其是電池正、負(fù)極材料生產(chǎn)過程中,都離不開燒結(jié),燒結(jié)后物料都成塊狀或顆粒狀,在進(jìn)入氣流粉碎或機(jī)械粉碎時(shí)一般要求物料在10目以上,因此燒結(jié)料必須進(jìn)行預(yù)粉碎打散。傳統(tǒng)的粉碎方法一般采用顎式破碎+對(duì)輥的粉碎方式,這種方式出現(xiàn)的弊端是:
1.占地面積寬、累加高度高,需要提升物料;
2.產(chǎn)能小;
3.粉塵污染及噪音大;
4.自動(dòng)化程度低;
5.磁性物質(zhì)污染無法避免等。
我公司自2001年開始專注于鋰離子電池正極材料的粉碎研磨設(shè)備的開發(fā)與生產(chǎn),且該類設(shè)備大量應(yīng)用于鈷酸鋰、錳酸鋰、三元材料及磷酸鐵鋰的生產(chǎn)過程中,多年來針對(duì)客戶提出的上述建議及結(jié)合我們?cè)O(shè)備遇到的情況。我公司認(rèn)真研究,開拓性的設(shè)計(jì)試制了一種代替顎式破碎+對(duì)輥的全新粉碎設(shè)備---旋輪磨機(jī),經(jīng)用戶高強(qiáng)度試用及不斷改進(jìn),日趨成熟并得到大量應(yīng)用,深受客戶認(rèn)可。
The productive process of high-purity materials, particularly cathode and anode materials is inseparable from sintering. The sintered materials have become massive or granular. Materials have to be pre-crushed to reach the basic requirement which is above 10(mesh) when they enter into jet mill or mechanical comminution. The traditional method commonly uses jaw and double-roll crushing. This method will have some drawbacks as below,
1.Large space occupation, high cumulative height, It need to lift the materials;
2.Low productivity;
3.Dust pollution and noise;
4.Low degree of automation;
5.The pollution of magnetic materials is inevitable.
Since 2003, our company began to focus on the development and production of grinding & crushing equipment for Li-ion Battery cathode material. And it widely used in the production of LiCoO2, LiMnO4, the ternary material and LiFePO4. According to suggestions by clients combining with cases we faced, our company researched seriously and designed innovatively the new crushing equipment- Spinning Roller Pulverizing Mill, which can replace jaw and double-roll crushing. Through trials and continuous improvements, it become mature increasingly and is widely used, which has gained clients’ recognition.
一、設(shè)備工作原理:
根據(jù)燒結(jié)料的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行的一種全新粉碎設(shè)備,塊狀物料進(jìn)入物料倉,先經(jīng)過強(qiáng)力擠壓破碎進(jìn)入輸送系統(tǒng),物料輸送到陶瓷粉碎研磨筐,經(jīng)氧化鋯陶瓷磨盤打散粉碎至所需粒度。
Operating principle:
Spinning Roller Pulverizing Mill is the new crushing equipment based on structural features of sintered feed. Block products into the cabin are crushed by strong extrusion and then transported to the ceramic grinding basket to reach required size by zirconia ceramic mill.
